To play music through your sound card double left click the speaker icon in the system tray (where the clock is). Left click once on options then left click properties. Left click recording. Look at where it says Mixer Device. Make sure your sound card is in the box. If not scroll to it using the down arrow on the right hand side.You will have a list in a white box down by the bottom. Look for wave out or stereo mix. Make sure there is a check mark in the box next to the option you have. Click ok. Look for wave out or stereo mix. Make sure the select box under the option you have is checked. Also make sure the volume slider is almost all the way down or you will be too loud for the room. Close the window. You are now ready to play. You will have to hold the talk button down in the room to be heard. You have to keep clicking the talk button every minute and 50 seconds or so all the way through the song to keep the mic. Enjoy!!! ***NOTE: If you are using a mic that is in your webcam or a USB mic you must first go out to the Welcome screen Then choose settings tab at the top of that screen. Change the audio capture device option from your camera mic to your soundcard option. Then continue as written above.

Once you have the hardware ready you can go into music room, create a private room, invite a friend to listen to make sure it is working before trying it in the music room with a crowd.
