Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are planning to build an $11.5 million bunker under their home in case of an alien attack, according to media reports.
A source close to the celebrity scientologist couple said the anticipated addition to their Colorado residence is a "self-contained underground system where up to 10 people can survive for years."
According to internet sources, Scientology theology describes an episode in the earth's history when hydrogen bombs were detonated by aliens.
Some scientologists believe another galactic attack is imminent.
But a spokesperson for Cruise said reports of plans for the hideaway are untrue.
Meanwhile, OK! Magazine has reported the couple are trying for an alien of their own — a sibling for baby Suri.
Cruise is currently in Germany filming his new World War II film Valkyrie.
